Home Remedy For Foot Odor

What's that smell? smelly feet can be uncomfortable and embarrassing. If you notice a strong odor after removing your shoe, its time to do something about it.

A foot oder (bromhidrosis) can be caused from excessive perspiration, moisture, varous skin condition and even excessive anxiety.

Foot odor creates a breathing ground for fungus and bacteria, eventually leading to toenail fungus or athletes foot infections. To prevent an infection one should use a natural home remedy before its too late.

 

Some Effective home Remedies are:

Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar
Instructions:
To control foot odor, soak your feet in one-third cup of apple cider vinegar added to a small pan of warm water for 15 minutes. This foot odor remedy can be done as often as necessary.
Ingredients: Baking soda
Instructions: 
For foot oder, sprinkle a teaspoon of baking soda inside each shoes before putting them on. The baking soda will help to absorb moisture and odors.
Ingredients: Alum powder
Instructions:
 Put lotion on your feet (to keep the powder on your foot), then the powder, put socks on. Do this at night while you sleep. This will dry your feet. Repeat this remedy for about a week or as needed. Alum can be purchased in your supermarket's spice section.
 
Ingredients: Bleach
Instructions:
Put a little bleach in warm water and soak you feet for 10 minutes.
